Refunds and Cancellation

Customer can claim for settlement in case the value of the transfer is incorrect, any payment done through our platform for the services/products being availed shall be settled down within 30 days. Service charges deducted by service provider are non-refundable and administrative charges of Rs 500 per transaction shall be deducted. There is no cancellation policy.
